Who are we? Where are we from? Where are we going? What is our purpose in life? These questions have been on my mind since I was a child. One day, a monk came to me and asked me if I would like to go with him up to the mountain. He told me that civilization is merely an illusion that he would like to show me the true vision of the world. I chose to stay in society, but my thoughts are not. My mind is with the monk. I am a dreamer, explorer and seeker; I reflect on life and death, destiny and chance, time and space, sense and reality, truth and illusion, religion and science, spirituality and belief, body and soul, emotions and desires... I need the worldly experience to have the freedom to explore, to learn, to experiment, to gather information and knowledge... and hope someday I will be able to comprehend the meaning of life and attain true enlightenment.
